Family PASS only takes referrals from our collaborating organizations: Fairfax County’s Coordinated Services Planning (CSP) Agency, Northern Virginia Family Services, Cornerstones, Shelter House, Good Shepherd Housing, and other recognized agencies and organizations.
Coordinated Services Planning (CSP) connects Fairfax County residents to county and community-based services and resources that promote self-sufficiency and enhance well-being. CSP Specialists operate in a call-center environment and conduct a detailed intake questionnaire to adequately refer those in need to the most appropriate organization. The main areas of emergency assistance provided for are rent, financial, food, medical, and transportation. In addition, they provide referrals for employment, domestic violence counseling, behavioral health support, clothing assistance, and help with veterans’ issues.
